My name is Jenn Charlene Jacobsen and I'm 5-9, 150, long natural blond hair, blue eyes, wine lover, non-smoker, divorced, and (eek) 51 years old. I was born in California and grew up near the coast in the small town of Santa Maria. I started playing trumpet in 2nd grade and after moving to Sacramento, I played in both high school marching band and jazz band. After I graduated from college with an A.S. degree in electronics, I went to work in Silicon Valley. I worked for Hewlett Packard and for several other tech companies.. I did hardware for a couple of years, then software driven automated testing, networking, and industrial automation software. I eventually moved to Oregon and worked on instrumentation software. I started my own software consulting company in 1996 doing contracting to Fortune 500 companies and eventually employed two people. I retired in 2005 to pursue a career in the music industry.

I love traveling and I've been to the UK, France, Scotland, Israel, Australia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Martinique, Hawaii, and all over the USA.

I'm an amature film maker, photographer, and soon a professional digital recording artist. I like anything Internet related, cooking, cats, going to festivals like Burning Man, sailing and anything else to do with water.
